Everyone means well.

But meaning well and showing up well are two different things.

And most of us never check the difference. We assume the two are one and the same and move on.

Then a season goes by and the family you meant to build, the marriage you want to have, the goals you're working toward, aren't the same as what you're actually doing.

So how do you check if you're on track?

We're MJ and Ash. A married couple who are total opposites and learned how to lean into our differences. One of us is great at pinpointing when we get off track. The other is great at prioritizing the next step forward. Together we've learned to keep asking: is this actually getting us closer to the life we say we want?

The next step is probably smaller than you think. Be honest about where you are. Reassess where you want to be. Then take one step forward.

That's what everything here is built for.

The podcast is the main event. The Greenroom is the backstage tour.

Once a month we go deeper than we can on the show and tell you what we're learning while we're still learning it. So you can spot your own gaps sooner.

The Greenroom.

Behind every episode is a place we realized we were missing the mark. That's The Greenroom.

A green sofa with wooden legs in a living room, next to a large potted snake plant on the left and a dark blue chair with a patterned pillow on the right. In front of the sofa is a white marble coffee table with a small potted plant on top. The background features a textured beige wall.
